• If you are not completely satisfied with your product, I will be happy to accept it back and exchange it for another of our products in the same price range within 10 days of receipt.

• We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

• We do not return cash.

All clothing, gift cards, custom orders and/or discount sales are final.

FULL PRICE CUSTOM SHOULDER BAGS PURCHASES CAN BE EXCHANGED ONLY IF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE.
